The station is made up of different components that are configured to access the mainframe system, back end, database and individual mobile devices. It is also equipped with a call center for support and communications. There could be more than one station depending on the size of the operations
The system comes with a dedicated mobile app and web app on top of the web based interface. Educators and learners can access the system according to their access rights through either the mobile app or web based portal. Mobile apps can be downloaded from private channels in to any smart phone or tablet ( android, iOS and windows phone).
